Carlos Ponce On What Inspires Him

Carlos Ponce is such a sweetheart. I had the opportunity of interviewing him and asking him what inspires him when I went to a happy hour at the Hilton Hotels where is is a spokesperson for Vacationitis. It actually is a cool campaign that diagnosis symptoms of people who don’t take vacations.

Hilton Hotels actually has research reports on the website for Vacationitis that reveals for example that Britons give more love to their jobs than their spouses. So, Carlos Ponce is here to cure this because, in his own words, he does not have any #Vacationitis. Once he gets immersed in a project, he also takes time to book a vacation far away to relax.

I need to do that too because of the 14 symptons, I think I have a couple like Post it Syndrome and Monitoritis. Yes, I am one of those sticky note fanatics and on the computer all the time because of my work and my side passion of being a blogger. Check out all the funny symptoms here where you can download and share.

During my short interview, I  asked him where he gets his inspiration and creativity. Besides being near the water and at night time, he said the muse comes to him on airplanes. I love how he says that he allows himself to go with the flow, lets things happen and wings it.  Lately, I have been going back into my peaceful mode with more quiet time to read and relax and trying to get away from too much busyness. When I do that, it brings me to a space of more trust where things spontaneously happen when I least have expected it. I would like to live like this all the time and am getting there.

So enjoy my little interview with him. He made me feel so comfortable, almost like a friend that I have known for a long time. That is how nice he is. What a man… con much corazon!

Disclosure: I received no compensation from Hilton Hotels to write this. I simply enjoyed the time at the Happy Hour and of course interviewing this wonderful dreamy beautiful man, Carlos Ponce. That was relaxing! ;)

I also had fun hanging out with my blogger friends.
