\"loving-is-not-enough\"<\/a>During this holiday time and for the coming New Year, we always say that it is a time to reflect on what we have accomplished throughout the year, what should have been and not have been, what was missing.<\/p>\n

I say turn the page and move forward with these thoughts: \u00a0It is not true that a new year is a new life. That is a false perspective. Instead, continue with this beautiful miracle of life starting from January 1st.<\/p>\n

Continue in your efforts and \u00a0reflect on the title of this post. It doesn’t matter what type of relationship it is, parents, children, brothers, sisters, partnerships, friends. We always say I LOVE YOU, yet we never can find the words to convey what these words really mean.<\/p>\n

But can we love someone that we don\u2019t respect their ideas and way of being? Can we love someone that we cannot communicate with? Can we love someone whom we do not dedicate the sufficient time to know how they are doing, what they are feeling, what they are needing and what they wish for in their hearts? Can you love someone that you don\u2019t take the time to ask them what you can do for them to make them feel better?<\/p>\n

These questions,you can answer in your own inner self. Yet I affirm: LOVING IS NOT ENOUGH. It requires the complete respect for the person you love, giving them consideration, tolerance, dedication, effort, sacrifice, loyalty. It requires that you give them happiness, passion, a thoughtful expression, a hug in a moment of need and a warm smile.<\/p>\n

Loved ones need more than pretty words to know that they are loved, for those words can be dispersed easily in the wind. To feel good, loving is not enough. Act <\/strong><\/em>according to that love you feel right now<\/strong><\/em>. Don\u2019t wait until New Years Day.<\/p>\n
